The Prime Minister is keen "to have meaningful dialogue with as many south Asian colleagues as possible", External Affairs ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said"This would mean taking into account all aspects of relationships," he added. He said the schedule of the bilateral meetings is being finalized, "and it is a work in progress".

"Our intent is to have meaningful dialogues," he said.

Modi will leave here on November 25 afternoon for the SAARC summit in Kathmandu, being held on November 26-27, and is scheduled to return on November 27 late evening.

(.. if again Pak repeats previous fault, talking with extremists, would Modi talk to him?)  it is good to talk since it will give some heat in the month of November, as already it is winter season. So be ready for warm winds blowing from Himalaya and forget winters.
